Broker Requirements
The state of Missouri requires a prospective broker to hold a current and active Missouri salesperson license for at least 24 of the last 30 months immediately preceding the application for licensure, PLUS:

Complete the 48 hours of course work within 90 days of registration.

Pass the state-administered licensing examination at www.schedule.psiexams.com.

Apply for a Broker’s license within six months of completing the Broker course.

IMPORTANT BROKER SIMULATION INFORMATION
The Missouri Real Estate Broker Examination consists of both a national and state portion.
The national portion is composed of ten (nine scored and one pretest) simulation problems.
The state portion is composed of 75 scored, multiple-choice questions. Each portion is taken separately, in the same session.
PSI provides three free practice simulation questions for all prospective Brokers. You can also purchase four more detailed content outline for the broker simulation exam on the PSI website for $25.00 good for 30 days.
