School Business Hours
1st Choice Real Estate School maintains regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. 1st Choice Real Estate School will be closed for business the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve beginning at 12:00 noon, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve beginning at 12:00 noon.

How do I register for a course? 
Course registration is simple! Review the available courses, add your selected courses to the shopping cart, set up your username and password, complete your profile information as needed for your Certificate of Completion and proceed to checkout. As soon as you complete your registration, you may immediately begin your coursework.

Is my payment secure? 
1st Choice Real Estate School understands that security is essential when buying online. That’s why we have worked hard to create one of the safest online shopping environments in the industry. Our checkout process is secure. Your order information is encrypted and transmitted over secure (SSL) server technology.

How does the course work? 
Our course are divided into chapters. The chapters are grouped into categories called modules. There is a quiz at the end of most chapters covering the material learned in that chapter. Quizzes may be taken multiple times until you pass. There is a more comprehensive quiz at the end of each module which covers the online chapters in that module. The final exams cover all the material presented throughout the course.

To move forward in the course, simply click the NEXT button in the lower right corner of the course.  You can review any previous material by clicking the PREV button.

The amount of time you spend on each page is added to your total time spent in this course. If you stay on a page longer than ten minutes, you will be logged out due to inactivity. You may log back in at any time and continue from where you left off.

Are the courses iPad compatible? 
Yes! Our course delivery is responsive to most forms of access including computer, iPad, tablets and smart phones.

How do I retrieve my password? 
To reset your password, go to the log-in screen; there you will find information on how to reset your password. For additional assistance or to retrieve your user name, please contact the school.

Once I have signed up, how soon will my coursework be available? 
Once you complete your registration, you may immediately begin your coursework. Courses are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Are your courses approved?  
Yes, our Missouri Real Estate Commission school code: 20700.

Where do I find out my real estate license number? 
Your real estate license number is most often located on your state license renewal application or can be found by contacting your state’s regulatory agency.  When referring to license numbers on the registration screen, this means your state real estate licensing authority-issued license number – not your driver’s license number or any Realtor organization-issued identification number.

How do I get my Certificate of Completion?  
A Certificate of Completion is available at the end of each course. Course certificates can be obtained after all portions of a course are completed. This includes the completion of all chapters, lessons, activities, quizzes and the final quiz.

To retrieve your Certificate of Completion, under your Dashboard, click the Certificates tab.  Click the Download link to print your certificate.

Certificates of completion are available online for you to print as soon as you complete your coursework – and they will always be available online for you to access at any time.

Can I review my completed course?
Once you complete the course you can go under My Dashboard to review the course material.

Can I print material? 
It is not required that you print any material in order to complete a course; however, you can print from the Resources tab in each chapter. The material contained in this course is available to you exclusively. All copying, printing, duplicating, or use beyond the scope of this site is expressly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Course quizzes and final examinations are not available for print.

Do you have any additional study resources available?
A full menu of extra study resources can be found under the Resources tab of the school website. The resources include a bookstore, exam prep material and one-on-one tutoring.

Do I have to take the entire course in one sitting? 
It is not necessary to complete an entire course in one sitting. You may log in and out of the course as often as you wish. The system will start you back at the last section you completed before logging out.

The system will automatically log you out due to periods of inactivity. The timing is set to five minutes per content page. If you get timed out, you may simply log back in and continue from where you left off unless you are in an exam. 

Do you offer a military discount? 
1st Choice Real Estate School proudly offers a 20% discount on our coursework to all United States Military Personnel. For more information, email us at wecare@1stChoiceSchool.com.

Do you offer financial aid? 
Yes, 1st Choice Real Estate School offers financial aid. Our financial aid gives the student the ability to begin with the coursework after making payment of 50% of the total price of the course as advertised on our website. The balance of the coursework must be paid within 45 days. A Certificate of Completion will not be generated until full payment is received. The cost of service is $10.
