Real Estate Financing


This 3-hour course offers information on the never-ending types of financing available to a consumer. Students will learn the difference between the secondary mortgage market and the primary mortgage market. Multiple types of financing available to borrowers will be reviewed, including fixed-rate mortgages versus adjustable-rate mortgages. Students will review conventional financing versus FHA and VA financing as well as the benefits of each of these programs. After students have completed this course, they will be able to summarize the differences between several different financing options available to borrowers.
