Multiple offers – It’s a hot topic! To disclose or not disclose, what to disclose, variable rate and the MLS, the Code of Ethics, and state license law – it can cause confusion and concern. In this course we will start from the top and work our way through all the ins, outs, pros and cons of handling a multiple offer situation.

This course covers ethical dilemmas and includes an activity focused on morals, ethics and doing the right thing. While reviewing real-world dilemmas together, we review the Code of Ethics: the articles, standards of practice, and the ethics complaint process. This course also satisfies the National Association of REALTORS® Ethics requirement. 

Missouri Continuing Education Requirements

Each Real Estate licensee who holds an active license shall complete during the two (2)-year license period prior to renewal a minimum of twelve (12) hours of real estate instruction approved for continuing education credit by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

At least three (3) of the twelve (12) hours of approved instruction shall be taken in a course approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission as core credit.

 

FOR THE 2020-2022 RENEWAL a 3 hour core course in Real Estate Ethics is REQUIRED.

The balance of the twelve (12) hours of instruction shall consist of courses which have been approved for either core or elective continuing education credit by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
